SUMMARY
Adam has over nineteen years of broad transactional legal experience in both private law firm and large corporate settings.  He has assisted clients in successfully completing deals ranging from a few thousand dollars to nearly half a billion dollars, with transactions touching 22 states and a dozen countries.  Adam focuses on finding the most efficient and practical solution to achieve the client’s goals.  Growing up in a family of small business owners, Adam especially enjoys being part of a business client’s growth and helping transition family businesses to the next generation. Adam is married to his law school classmate and law partner, Kathlene, and they have two amazing sons.  After hours, Adam can be found camping, hunting, fishing, golfing, coaching youth sports, assisting non-profit organizations, and keeping up with the Michigan State University football and basketball teams and his beloved Detroit Tigers.
